 IM Lenovo Now Terms and Conditions

We are pleased to make available to you the IM Lenovo Now from 2nd August 2021 – 31st December 2023 (both dates inclusive). 

 

The Program

The primary goal of IM Lenovo Now is to reward Ingram Micro individual partner representatives on growing their Lenovo business. Individuals may be entitled to the Incentive (defined below) upon attainment of the goals and objectives (stipulated below). The Program may be referred to as Lenovo Now or Ingram Lenovo Now (“The Program”).

Eligible Participants

The Program is open to Ingram Micro individual partner representatives in Australia ("Participants"). Through their participation in the Program, Participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and enter into a binding agreement with Ingram Micro. If a Participant does not wish to accept these Terms, they should refrain from participation. If, during the Program Period, the Participant’s status changes so that they are no longer eligible to participate in the Program, they will be excluded from The Program.

Program Award

Participants who fully and completely meet the Program Requirements will be eligible to receive the Program award: Mastercard Prepaid Gift Card towards claiming their eligible sales ("Award"). Rewards will be awarded once participant has claimed their eligible sales on Lenovo Now website. Participants will earn points upon claiming their eligible sales. Earned points can be redeemed for Mastercard Prepaid Gift Card via Rewards Store. Earned points will expire 90 days after award date. It is the responsibility of the participant to redeem their reward within 90 days after award date.

Each promotion has it’s specific qualifying products as per below terms:

- Qualifying product includes eligible products only and must be purchased from Ingram micro during the promotions periods per stated on each campaign 

- Eligible products purchased during the program period and returned will be factored into quarter to date performance for the current quarter or subsequent quarter if applicable. As such, you may see instances where your performance is negative, or your goal remaining is larger than the goal itself.

- Claims for each promotion will be closed within 7 days after promotion end date. It is the responsibilty of the participant to claim their sales within this period. 

Ingram Micro reserves the right to disqualify deals registered through vendor partner programs and/or special pricing arrangements toward your goal attainment.

 

Program Reward

Additional terms relating to the prizes “Rewards” apply; and is subject to further terms and conditions relating to its use, or manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee.

 

Mastercard Prepaid Gift Card

Once a participant reaches the individual Lenovo Now rewards threshold, they earn a Mastercard reward. Participant can order their virtual Mastercard via the Lenovo Now website. The virtual Mastercard will be delivered to the participant’s email address or to their mobile phone via SMS within 5 business days. Individuals who receive a Lenovo Now Virtual Prepaid MasterCard agree and are deemed to be subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions relating to the Prepaid Mastercard’s at the time. 

To be able to redeem Mastercard rewards you must maintain enough reward $ to meet the minimum reward denomination of $10. If at redemption or program period close your rewards does not meet the minimum redemption of $10, all current monies ($) will be forfeited. 

Your Virtual Prepaid MasterCard may be used online or by telephone anywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted. Some stores may be willing to type in your virtual card information but allowing a card to be typed in is up to the store’s policy, so we cannot guarantee it. 

At the time of purchase, you should know your account balance. If you attempt to make a purchase that exceeds your balance, the transaction will be denied. Cardholders are responsible for all purchases made with their Virtual Card. Your Card is not a credit card; it is a Virtual Prepaid MasterCard that can be used for purchase transactions up to the dollar amount available in your account: You can only spend what you have earned. Purchase transactions that exceed your available balance by any amount will be denied at the point of sale. You may be able to pay for the difference with cash, cheque, or another credit/debit card, depending on the specific merchant's policy. 

 

Using the Card and Expiration

The card is a Virtual Prepaid Mastercard that can be used for purchasing goods and services where Mastercard prepaid cards are accepted (excluding transactions at ATMs or over the counter at financial institutions).

• Valid for use instore or online where prepaid Mastercard is accepted

• Currently only compatible with Australian mobile numbers

• Compatible with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay 

• For online use the total transaction value cannot exceed the available Digital Mastercard   balance unless the merchant site has the capability to support split transactions.

• Cannot be printed as a voucher

• Gift Card is valid for 36 months from date of issue.

• Gift Card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged

• Any unused amount after the expiry date of the Gift Card will not be refunded or credited

If the card is issued via email, the activation process is as follows:

Upon placing the order customer will receive an email to confirm their details. 

Upon confirmation, an SMS will be sent to the mobile number entered with a link to the Digital Mastercard. The card can be added to a mobile wallet by clicking on the link in the SMS and following the instructions to download The Card Network app. 

If the card is issued via SMS, the activation process is as follows:

An SMS will be sent to the mobile number entered with a link to their Digital Mastercard.

By clicking on the link in the SMS and following the instructions to download The Card Network app, the card can be added to a digital wallet.

Program Requirements and Claims

• Ingram Micro will provide the Award to a Participant who meets the Program Requirements and has made a Claim for the Award. The Program Requirements are as follows: Eligible Partners are required to register their inclusion in the program at the Lenovo Now Website.

• To have a valid claim for the Award, the Participant must be in good standing with Ingram Micro at the time of the claim, must not be in breach of these Terms or any other agreement that they have in place with Ingram Micro and must demonstrate to Ingram Micro’s satisfaction that they have fully and completely met the Program Requirements ("Claim"). For a Participant’s Claim to be valid, it must also be made in accordance with these Terms and all terms contained in the Program materials and, where applicable, the relevant Partner Program.

 

Program Communications:

By opting into the IM Lenovo Now Program and accepting the terms and conditions you are agreeing to receive regular marketing communications by email and SMS. You can opt out of these communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in the footer of all emails or replying STOP to SMS communications.  

 

General Terms

• Unless a different governing law is stated to apply in the specific terms of a Program, the terms and conditions of the Program are governed by the laws in Australia as applicable.

• No exceptions to the Program will be allowed. Ingram Micro has the right to deny all claims that do not meet the criteria and requirements outlined in the Program.

• Ingram Micro reserves the right to modify, extend or discontinue the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and without further notice. Without limiting the generality of the previous sentence, the eligible Ingram Micro products and/or services included in the Program may be changed or substituted at any time.

• The Program may not be combined with any other Ingram Micro offer, incentive, or promotion, unless otherwise stated in the Terms.

• All sales are calculated in AUD(ex GST).

• Ingram Micro has the right in its absolute discretion to deny any claim to entitlement under the Program and/or may prohibit a Participant from participating in the Program where Ingram Micro (in its absolute discretion) determines that such Participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Program by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing.

• All decisions by Ingram Micro are final.

• The Program is void to the extent prohibited or otherwise restricted by applicable local law. If a portion of the Program is found to be prohibited or otherwise restricted by applicable local law, only that portion of the Program will be void.

• Ingram Micro, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents will have no liability to, and will be held harmless by a Participant making a Claim under the Program, for any loss, damage or liability directly or indirectly related to the acceptance, possession, delivery, use or misuse of any matter or thing awarded under the Program.

• Any disputes, legal claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Program will be resolved individually, without any resort to any form of class action.

• Ingram Micro is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected mail (including email) nor for any errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, or delays in any technical platforms or means of electronic transmission used in the publication or Participation of the Program.

• If Ingram Micro collects any personal data of a Participant because of their participation in this Program, Ingram Micro will deal with that data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

• Ingram Micro will have no liability to any Participant or other person under the Program or otherwise for lost profits, loss of use, lost or corrupted data, loss of goodwill or for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential losses or damages arising in connection with or under the Program and/or the Program terms and conditions, even if Ingram Micro has been notified of such losses or damages.

• Any FBT liability is the responsibility of the Individual Partner Representative. Consequently, it is solely the Individual Partner Representative's responsibility to report and pay all applicable taxes or duties that may be required under any appropriate laws related to the Incentive(s) he/she receives. The Individual Partner Representative may consult his/her own tax advisor with any question or concern about the taxes that apply to him/her in relation to this Partner Incentive Program.
